Jochem Meijers currently serves as the Assistant Operations Manager at Aalberts Hydronic Flow Control, where responsibilities include enhancing production processes, reducing downtime, and leading cross-functional teams with a focus on environmental and safety standards. Prior experience includes a role as a Pre-sales Engineer at Comap, contributing to the development of underfloor heating solutions through project management and innovation. Additional work experience spans various positions in hospitality and service roles across Europe during a gap year, as well as roles in food service and retail. Jochem is pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Management from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, building on previous education in Business Administration at HAN University of Applied Sciences and secondary education at Pallas Athene College.
