Gary Hughes has extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as Technical Sales Director and Head of Industrial Customer Innovation at AAK since March 2014. Prior roles include Senior R&D Manager for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at McCormick and Technical Manager at Duerr's. Gary has also held positions such as Site Technical Manager at Park Cakes, Technical & Manufacturing Director and NPD Manager at Alembic Products Ltd, and Quality Assurance Manager at Booker. Early career experiences include roles as a Graduate Trainee at Coop and R&D Technician at Kellogg Company. Gary holds a B.Sc (Hons) in Food Manufacture from Manchester Metropolitan University and a degree in Advanced Management Application from The University of Salford.
