Amber Rosman currently serves as a Junior Financial Consultant at AAG since September 2023. Previously, Amber has held multiple roles within Thornstein Groep B.V. as an Assistent-recruiter since March 2020, where expertise in LinkedIn recruiting was developed. From February 2021 to March 2023, Amber worked at Louwman Group as a Recruiter and Recruitment Marketeer, contributing to the company's mission of prioritizing people. Early career experience includes roles as an HR Afstudeerstagiair and Recruitment stagiair, also at Louwman Group. Additionally, Amber founded TeenJobs in July 2018, a venture initiated during participation in the ZomerOndernemer program. Educational achievements include a Master in Business Administration with a focus on Digital Marketing from the University of Amsterdam (2022-2023), as well as a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Management from Rotterdam Business School (2019-2022), alongside earlier educational qualifications from Oakley College and Develstein College.
