Erik Gilden currently serves as Regiodirecteur Zuidoost, a member of the Group Executive Board, and co-owner at aaff since September 2024. Gilden has been actively involved with VOC Veldhovens Ondernemers Contact since April 2013, holding roles as Chairman, Treasurer, and Board Member. Prior experience includes over 26 years at ABAB, culminating in the positions of Director of Accountancy and a Group Executive Board member until September 2024. Gilden's educational background includes a Master of Science in Accountancy from Nyenrode Business University and a Bachelor in Business Economics from Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
