We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing events, executing digital marketing strategies, enhancing social media engagement, and maintaining our websites. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to analyze data for actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Events Management:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute event logistics, from contracts to on-site setup and dismantling.
- Manage event budgets and liaise with vendors (e.g., facilities, catering, logistics, printing, giveaways).
- Ensure seamless event execution and attendee engagement.
Digital Marketing:
- Collaborate with the team to drive e-commerce strategies for UP Shop and strengthen brand visibility for UP, Bridge the Gap.
- Analyze marketing data to generate insights and initiate impactful campaigns.
Social Media Management:
- Grow and engage the social media audiences for AAEON and UP, Bridge the Gap.
- Regularly update channels with the latest products, solutions, and news.
Website Maintenance:
- Oversee website upkeep for UP, Bridge the Gap, UP Shop, and UP Community.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Graphic Designers to create compelling web banners.
- Address and respond to website inquiries in a timely manner.
Other:
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the management team.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, event management, or a similar field.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO, SEM, social media).
- Ability to take initiative and seek guidance as needed.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal English communication.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative team player.
- Willing to travel within Europe (20%) during event periods.
