Patricia Sias is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in employee relations and HR management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Employee Relations at Aledade, Inc. since February 2023, Patricia previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at both AAUW from August 2021 to June 2022 and AAAS from January 2003 to January 2018. Patricia's career in human resources began as an HRIS Specialist at HHMI, where employment began in July 1997 and concluded in January 2003.
