Mathew Dias has over 15 years of work experience in the business intelligence and financial analysis field. Mathew started their career at Collette in 2005, where they worked as a Financial Analyst for almost 10 years. In 2014, they were promoted to the role of Business Intelligence Manager, a position they held for four years until 2018. In May 2018, they joined AAA Northeast as the Director of Business Intelligence, where they are currently employed.

Mathew Dias attended the University of Rhode Island from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics. During the same academic period, they also studied at the University of Rhode Island College of Business, but did not specify a degree or field of study. In 2013, Dias obtained a certification in Project Management from Bryant University.
