Felyxia Polk currently serves as a Customer Service Advocate at AAA Life Insurance Company since August 2023, while also fulfilling the role of CEO at Live 31 Attire LLC since August 2013. Previously, Felyxia held the position of Government Customer Service Phone Support Coordinator at Verizon Wireless from February 2015 to September 2023 and worked as an Assistance Que at DIRECTV from September 2008 to February 2015. Felyxia holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Pensacola Christian College, completed between 2000 and 2004.
