Ronald Donaldson is an experienced Independent Information Systems Consultant with a rich background in IT project management, technical support, and system administration. Since December 2012, Ronald has managed a variety of IT projects, including system installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting, while also performing Active Directory administration and network management. Previous roles include Technical Support Analyst positions at CRG Solutions, Baptist Health, SoFi, and Global IT Support Technician at Enterprise Integration, where responsibilities ranged from configuring audio/visual equipment to remote desktop support and incident resolution. Ronald holds multiple degrees in Business Information Systems and Network Communications from Keller Graduate School of Management and TUI University, as well as military training in electronics repair from the U.S. Army.
