Mony Hooshyar is an experienced architectural designer currently employed at A2H - Engineers • Architects • Planners since March 2023. Prior to this role, Mony served as a Plans Examiner with the Memphis and Shelby County Division of Planning and Development from November 2018 to March 2023 and gained academic experience as a Graduate Assistant at The University of Memphis, where a restoration plan for the Mississippi River Group Camp in Meeman Shelby Forest State Park was developed. Additional professional experience includes serving as Academic Department Chair at Cavendish Shiraz, Management Control Supervisor at Sarzamin Consulting Engineering, and Assistant Professor while teaching residential design studio courses at Islamic Azad University. Mony has also held the position of Chief Architect at Sazeh Shiraz Consultants. Mony holds a Master of Fine Arts in City and Regional Planning from The University of Memphis and two Master of Architecture degrees from Islamic Azad University.
