Vittorio Prisco is an experienced professional in project and program management, currently serving as the Head of PMO Pooling at a2a since April 2019, where responsibilities include integration and communication management. Prior to this role, Vittorio worked as a Manager at Business Integration Partners from April 2010 to April 2019, focusing on demand and program management, functional analysis, and IT service management within the Energy & Utilities sector. Additionally, experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant at Engineering Ingegneria Informatica Spa, specializing in tuning billing solutions for energy sector partners, and as a Process Analyst at Nokia Siemens Networks, where development of an IT governance web system was a key responsibility. Vittorio holds a degree in IT Security from Università degli Studi di Milano and is certified in ITIL V3 Foundation and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
