Ryan Bibbo serves as the COO for the Americas at A1RWATER, starting in September 2024, where responsibilities include leading operational strategy and driving the expansion of sustainable solutions. Previously, Ryan held the position of CHRO and VP of HR for Bacardi from February 2015 to September 2024, overseeing the strategic HR agenda and change management across the Americas and Global Functions. Prior roles include VP of Human Resources & Development at Glazer's Distributors, where Ryan managed HR for 7,000 employees and executed change management for multiple acquisitions, and Director of Human Resources at Diageo. Ryan began a career in human resources as an HR Manager at Banister International and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Penn State University, alongside Executive Education from Harvard Business School.
