Kimberly Cowen is an experienced banking and management professional with over 28 years in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Branch Manager at American 1 Credit Union since January 2019, Kimberly previously held positions such as Regional Manager at Advantage Solutions and Event Manager at Club Demonstration Services. With a strong background in managing multiple locations and teams, Kimberly oversaw operations for 38 sites in Mid-Michigan at Interactions Marketing and managed a significant number of part-time sales advisors.
