Thiago Schmidt, MBA, currently serves as Gerente Industrial at A1 Engenharia since December 2023 and as Proprietário at THS Gestão e Engenharia since June 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Engenheiro de Obras at Construtora Adriática, Contract Coordinator at Brafer Construções Metálicas S/A, and Production Supervisor at Groupe Renault. Thiago's career began at Brafer Construções Metálicas S/A, where various positions were held from 2009 to 2016, including Production Manager and Supervisor de Preparação. Thiago holds a Master of Business Administration in Gestão Industrial from SENAI SC, obtained between 2012 and 2013, and a degree in Engenharia de Produção from Centro Universitário UNIFAE, completed in 2011.
