Iva Fak has extensive experience in marketing automation and campaign management, currently serving as a Marketing Automation and Campaign Management Expert at A1 Hrvatska d.o.o. since March 2016, previously holding roles such as Senior Business Intelligence Analysis Specialist, Senior Product Catalogue Specialist, Products Catalogue Specialist, and IT Billing Specialist. Prior to this, Iva Fak worked at Hrvatski Telekom from October 2010 to March 2016 as an Information Systems Development Specialist and Community Manager (Student service). Iva Fak holds a Master’s degree in Informatics with a specialization in Information and Communication Systems from the University of Rijeka (2011-2014) and a Bachelor's degree in Informatics from the same institution (2007-2011), complemented by a secondary education at Gymnasium Ambroz Haračić.
