Sergey Tomashev is the Head of the IT Division at А1 Беларусь, with previous experience as Head of IT and Engineer at VOTTC Garant. Sergey also worked as a Technical Support Engineer. Sergey holds degrees from УО «Белорусский государственный университет информатики и радиоэлектроники» and Витебский филиал УО «Белорусская государственная академия связи».
