Taylor Johnson possesses a diverse background in customer service and dance instruction. Currently, Taylor serves as a Customer Service Representative at A Wish Come True since September 2021, while also working as a Dance Instructor at Knecht’s Danceworks, developing dance curriculums and lesson plans for various skill levels. Previous experience includes roles at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, where responsibilities ranged from Guest Correspondence Supervisor to Guest Correspondence Coordinator, focusing on guest relations and issue resolution. Taylor's earlier roles include Special Events and Conferences Assistant and Head of Dance at Appel Farm Arts & Music Campus, as well as a Dance Instructor at Sharon's School of Dance and Gymnastics. Taylor earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Public Relations from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2017.
