Matthew Moldowan has a wide range of work experience, beginning in 2007 when they worked as a CSR for FedEx. In 2009, they began working as a musician for Fine Times, where they earned nominations for Pop Recording of the Year (2013 Western Canadian Music Awards) and SiriusXM Emerging Artist of the Year (2013 Indie Awards). Matthew has performed at various festivals and shared bills with artists such as Vampire Weekend, STRFKR, Saint Motel, and the Zolas. In 2004, they co-founded Libertine Productions Inc., providing music production, songwriting, and audio engineering services. In 2018, they began working as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer at IUGO Games, where they were responsible for client development (in C++) of multiple features including combat systems, character abilities and chat moderation. Matthew also oversaw specific releases and performed code reviews, as well as third party SDK integration on iOS (Obj-c) and Android (Java/JNI). In 2021, they began working as a Software Development Engineer at A Thinking Ape.
Matthew Moldowan has an extensive education history from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. From 2013 to 2014, they obtained an Associate Certificate in Applied Software Development and an Associate Certificate in Applied Computer Information Systems. Matthew also obtained a Certificate in Computer Systems Technology in the same time frame. From 2013 to 2015, they completed a Diploma in Computer Systems Technology. Finally, from 2015 to 2017, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in BTech Computer Systems - Games Development.
