Matthew Lee has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Matthew currently serves as the Chairman of The Koreatown Planning Committee Board, Inc. (KPCB) since November 2022. Prior to this, they have held positions such as Member of the Board of Directors at the Montgomery County Economic Development Corporation in Maryland from July 2019, and as a Board member at the Maryland Technology Development Corporation (TEDCO) since July 2015. Matthew Lee also served as President of the U.S. International Development Center (USIDC) from May 2015. Earlier in their career, they held leadership positions as the CEO of A-Tech Systems, Inc. since March 2002, President of KoBE Government Contracting Alliance (KoBE) since 1996, and President & CEO of FASTech, Inc. since March 1990. Matthew was also involved as a Council Member in the Maryland Cybersecurity Council from January 2018 to 2019.
Matthew Lee completed their high school education at Baltimore Polytechnic Institute in 1984, earning a High School Diploma. Matthew then attended Virginia Tech from 1984 to 1988, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Matthew continued their education at The Johns Hopkins University from 1993 to 1995, obtaining a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical Engineering.
