Dwain James is an experienced Program Manager currently with A-Team Solutions, LLC since December 2018 and IIF Data Solutions since September 2011, where responsibilities include managing a contract with the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) for personnel services. Previously served as Executive Director for Texas ESGR from June 2007 to August 2011 and for the American Collectors Association of Texas from 1997 to 2007, focusing on association management, legislative affairs, meeting planning, and public relations. Dwain James holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin, obtained between 1962 and 1967.
