Noemi Pamintuan-Jara has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2017, they worked as a Consultant for PurpleBug, Inc, providing Marketing Communications Consultancy Services to clients. Noemi also worked as a Writing Consultant for The Asia Foundation and as a Consultant for Adamson University College of Pharmacy, collaborating with Professor Hazel L. Catublas on an instructional manual for healthcare providers. In 2018, they became a Writing Consultant for MRD Publishing and a Local Guide for Google Local Guides, where their reviews gained significant popularity.

In 2014, Noemi joined the Stanford University School of Medicine as a Project Manager for the After Haiyan Documentary, coordinating and interpreting for the Philippine Deaf community affected by Typhoon Haiyan. Noemi organized various events and interviews, contributing to the documentary's production.

Noemi's work in social media management began in 2009 when they became the Social Media Manager for Kolisko Waldorf School. Throughout their career, they greatly expanded their social media marketing skills. Noemi later became a Social Media Marketing Consultant for the Health Futures Foundation, Inc., where they advised the Digital Health Promotions team on achieving their target audience reach and helped produce the COVID Home Care Guide to aid caregivers during the pandemic.

In 2021, Noemi worked as a Journalist for Momentum Media, reporting on property investment and real estate. Noemi also joined AS White Global in 2022 as a Financial Content Writer, producing educational content on various financial topics and performing copywriting tasks. Overall, Noemi's work experience demonstrates their proficiency in writing, marketing, project management, and social media management.

Noemi Pamintuan-Jara completed their Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science in Commerce degree, majoring in Psychology and Marketing Management, from De La Salle University from 1993 to 1997. In 2008, they pursued a Certificate in Social Entrepreneurship from Ateneo de Manila University. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a certification as a Certified Content Marketing Specialist from DigitalMarketer in October 2020, and in September 2013, they received a certification as an Instructional Manager for Alternative Learning System from the Department of Education - Philippines.
