Paul Sears currently serves as the Director of Technology at A Place for Mom since February 2021. With a robust background in software development and cloud solutions, Sears previously held the position of Principal Software & Cloud Solution Architect at Oakwood Systems Group from January 2018 to February 2021, and before that, worked as a Lead Software Engineer at Valorem Consulting between December 2015 and January 2018. A seasoned professional, Sears has accrued extensive experience in various roles such as Software Architect at National Bank Of Kansas City and Senior Software Engineer at Epiq, among others, since starting a career in software engineering at Cerner Corporation in 2005. Paul Sears earned a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Mathematics from Southern New Hampshire University between 2015 and 2018.
