Louise Dyrup Flensborg is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and general company law. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at A.P. Moller Holding since December 2018, Louise previously held positions at Bech-Bruun, progressing from Legal Intern to Senior Associate over an eleven-year tenure. Louise completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Company Law, Insolvency, and Taxation from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen and also participated in programs at The University of British Columbia.
