Rick Genest has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as President of Sales & Operations at A-MAX Auto Insurance since October 2017. Previously, Rick held the position of President & COO at Premier Insurance, where a management team was built to focus on growth and profitability, alongside successful employee retention strategies. At Freeway Insurance, Rick integrated multiple brands and enhanced sales effectiveness through the development of business processes. Prior roles include AVP Titan Sales at Nationwide Insurance, where the integration of Titan retail stores into a single brand was executed, and President at Eastwood Insurance Services, where significant expansion and revenue growth occurred across multiple states.
