Mickael O'Connor is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Engineering at AJW Group since March 2024. Prior to this role, Mickael held various positions at SPHEREA from August 2013 to March 2024, including Directeur commercial BU SYSTEMS and Head of Sales OEMs market, focusing on business development with major global suppliers in the Aerospace & Defence sector such as THALES, SAFRAN, HONEYWELL, COLLINS, and BAE. Earlier experience includes serving as Sales Manager - KAM Aerospace at Segula Technologies, where business development in the space and aeronautic area was a key responsibility, as well as project management at Arck Ingénierie and mechanical and thermal engineering roles at SAFRAN - Snecma and MTU Aero Engines, respectively. Mickael holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering from ENSIMEV and completed preparatory classes in Mathematics at Lycée Chateaubriand.
