Nico Giannelli is an experienced project manager currently working at Avantgarde Srl, specializing in the refurbishment and supply of premium track maintenance machinery since August 2022. Simultaneously, Nico contributes as a social media manager for 2hands Organization, focusing on graphic design and communication to promote environmental initiatives across ten Italian cities, and co-founded 2hands Gravina, an organization dedicated to local sustainability projects. In the events sector, Nico has served as an event organizer and artistic director for Chic Events since June 2014, enhancing clubbing experiences in Southern Italy. Additionally, involvement as a football referee with the Associazione Italiana Arbitri has honed skills in stress management and leadership.
