Luca Cavalli is currently a PhD student specializing in Constitutional Law at the Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II, where enrollment is part of the XXXVII cycle of the doctorate program focused on economic law from a constitutional perspective. Concurrently, Luca serves as a practicing lawyer at the Comune di Benevento and has been a football referee for the Associazione Italiana Arbitri - FIGC since 2012. Previous experience includes an internship at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers in the legal affairs department and various student representation roles at multiple educational institutions. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Law with a focus on Parliamentary Law from the Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II and advanced training in Constitutional Law, among other credentials related to legal studies and GDPR.
