Don Whitaker has extensive experience in technical support and management, currently serving as a Technical Team Member and Senior Macintosh Support Analyst at DallasNews Corporation since 2000. With a strong background in troubleshooting and software/hardware installations for Macintosh systems, Don possesses in-depth knowledge of Mac OSX, Apple Remote Desktop, Jamf Casper, and Adobe products. Prior to this role, Don worked as a Composing Supervisor at Trader Publishing, overseeing the production of weekly publications in a Macintosh environment while implementing process improvements. Earlier experience includes serving as a Foreman in Metallurgical and Chemical Processing at Lockheed Fort Worth Company, where Don directed workforce operations and enhanced manufacturing techniques, achieving significant efficiency gains. Don holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Aided Drafting and Design from Tarrant County College.
