Terence Russell AIA is a highly experienced architectural professional with a robust background in project management and design. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Epstein Architecture, Engineering and Construction since October 2021, Terence has previously held significant roles at SQN Associates and Lakeshore Engineering LLC, where expertise in construction management and design was demonstrated. Terence also contributed as a Firm Associate in Project Management at Harley Ellis Devereaux (HED), a top-ranked design firm, and served as a Project Manager/Senior Architect at STV Inc., known for its comprehensive engineering and architectural services. Between 1990 and 2006, Terence was a Partner at LZT/Filliung Partnership and LZT/Filliung Larson and Darby Group, leading diverse projects while actively expanding the firm's clientele. Terence holds a Master of Architecture with a concentration in Housing and Historic Preservation, along with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, both from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
