Mark Frenzel has over two decades of experience in the meat and animal science industry, currently serving as a Territory Manager at A. C. Legg since September 2019. Previously, Mark held the position of Regional Sales Manager at The John R. White Company, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing sales and technical service in Texas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma. Education includes a Ph.D. in Meat Science & Food Safety from Texas A&M University and both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from Tarleton State University. Mark’s diverse background includes roles such as Assistant Manager at the Rosenthal Meat Science & Technology Center, Operations Manager at Slovacek Foods, and various positions in family-operated and other agricultural enterprises, demonstrating strong leadership and operational management skills throughout a comprehensive career in the field.
