Ed Lachman has a diverse work experience in engineering and management roles. From 2018 to present, they served as the VP of Engineering at 9to5 Seating, overseeing production scheduling, financial modeling, and creating custom tools for various departments. Prior to this, they worked at RSI Home Products, Inc. in roles such as Sr. Process Engineering Manager, Business Systems Manager, Product Engineering Manager, and Product Engineer. Throughout these roles, they demonstrated expertise in process improvement, custom software development, and engineering support for various product lines.

Ed Lachman earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC San Diego, where they attended from 2001 to 2005. Later, from 2012 to 2015, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the USC Marshall School of Business.
