At 9mobile, Oluwatoyin serves as Manager of Electronic, Alternate & Online Channels, having previously worked as a Specialist in Dealer Operations. Prior experience includes the role of Analyst in Customer Care, focusing on Telesales, Loyalty, and Retention at Etisalat Nigeria. Oluwatoyin earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Minna, graduating in 2008.
