Srilal Sachintha has a diverse work experience. Srilal started their career at 99x, where they worked as an Associate Software Engineer from April 2022 to February 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Software Engineer at the same company, starting from February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Microsoft as a Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador from January 2021 onwards.

Alongside their professional career, Srilal also actively participated in various roles within the IEEE Student Branch - NSBM Green University. Srilal served as a Member from March 2019 onwards and later became the Chairman from October 2021 to December 2022. Additionally, they held the position of Webmaster from September 2020 to October 2021.

Furthermore, Srilal served as an IEEE Brand Ambassador from June 2020 onwards. Srilal also contributed to the IEEE Sri Lanka Section as a Student Activities Committee Member from April 2021 to January 2022. Additionally, they played an integral role in organizing the IEEE SLSYW Congress'20 as a member of the Organizing Committee from April 2020 to February 2021.

Srilal Sachintha completed their Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Computer Science from NSBM Green University, from 2019 to 2023. Prior to that, they attended H/Ruhunu Vijayaba College from 2016 to 2018, where they focused on Mathematics. In addition to their formal education, Srilal Sachintha has obtained several certifications, including AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in March 2022, Linux Systems and DevOps Engineering from WSO2 in December 2021, and Learning Ansible from LinkedIn in October 2021. Srilal has also obtained various certifications from Google and Microsoft, as well as completed several specialized courses in topics such as Quantum Computing and Git.
