Manoj Dharmarathne began their work experience in 2020, as an Associate Software Engineer at Programus Ltd. In this role, they were involved in front-end development using languages such as JavaScript, C# .Net, TypeScript, and ES64. Manoj worked with Angular Framework and .Net Framework, contributing to the development of a product-based system.

Manoj then joined Virtusa in 2020 as a Software Engineer. During their time there, they worked on developing a Managing Orders Easily Bot Chat application for a German company. This involved using technologies such as .Net Core Bot Framework, React JS, jQuery, JavaScript, Adaptive Card Designing, and Luis AI Natural Language Processing. Manoj also gained experience in QnA Maker with Azure. Manoj held the position of Associate Engineer at Virtusa from December 2020 to December 2021.

Most recently, in 2022, Manoj joined 99x as a Software Engineer, where they currently work.

Manoj Dharmarathne completed their Bachelor of Information Technology from the University of Colombo between 2016 and 2020, majoring in Information Technology. Additionally, they pursued a Higher National Diploma in Information Technology from the same university starting in 2020. In 2019, they also earned a Diploma in Information Technology from the University of Colombo. Furthermore, in the period from 2017 to 2018, Manoj attended the Institute of Software Engineering, where they obtained a Comprehensive Master Java Developer degree with a focus on Java.
