Renata Yumi Ito is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and business management across various industries. Currently serving as the Global CX Intelligence Sr Manager at 99, Renata previously held roles in business architecture and operations management at Nubank and 99, focusing on user acquisition, retention strategies, and team management. Prior to this, Renata worked at Linde Gases Brasil in several capacities, including Pricing Coordinator and Contract Coordinator, overseeing pricing management and contract negotiations. Renata’s early career includes positions at Oxiteno and The Dow Chemical Company. Renata holds an MBA from IESE Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP.
