Ratriva Devi Lasmiwara is an experienced UX Researcher currently working at 99 Group since November 2021. Previously, Ratriva served as a Social Field Officer at Waste4Change, contributing to the Improvement Solid Waste Management Program for the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing of the Republic of Indonesia. In October 2021, Ratriva worked as an Ethnographer at Amartha, conducting rapid ethnographic research on the user journey of MSME partners in Palu, Central Sulawesi. Earlier experience includes the role of Fasilitator Lapangan Patriot Desa Jawa Barat with Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa from July to December 2020. Ratriva holds a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from Universitas Padjadjaran, which was completed in 2020.
