Khalid Arshad serves as General Counsel at 95 Development Inc. since November 2022, and previously held the position of Senior Litigation Counsel at Y. Liu Law Firm until October 2022. Khalid has extensive experience in legal practice, including roles as General Counsel at RHC Holding Private Limited and Legal Head at Securitas India, along with a tenure as an independent practitioner at the Law Offices of Khalid Arshad. Prior to these positions, Khalid advised major public sector undertakings in complex litigations as a Senior Associate at Jurisperitus Law Offices and managed litigation for the Government of India as a Senior Associate with Neeraj Chaudhari, focusing on a diverse range of sectors. Khalid's education includes a Certificate of Qualification in Law from the Federation of Law Societies of Canada and an LLB in Corporate Law from Campus Law Centre, Delhi University, among other qualifications.
