Kieran Welch is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an Engineering Manager at 8x8 since June 2023. Prior to this role, Kieran held the position of Senior DevOps Engineer/Lead at DXC Technology from April 2022 to June 2023 and worked as an AWS Cloud Engineer. Kieran’s extensive career includes leadership as Head of Systems Administration at 4NG Ltd and Systems Administration Manager at 4energy. Kieran also gained significant experience as a Senior Technical Operations Engineer and Systems Administrator at Go MAD Technology Ltd, after starting in the industry as a Technical Support Assistant at Studio 2 Online Ltd. Kieran holds a BTec National Diploma in Telecommunications and Computer Systems Engineering from Leicester College.
