Ryan V. has over a decade of experience in software development and leadership, currently serving as the Director of Operations at 8th Light since July 2012. In various roles at the company, including Director of Key Initiatives, Director of Software Education, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer, Ryan V. has built applications using languages such as Ruby, Clojure, and Java and practiced test-driven development. Prior experience includes a marketing and communications internship at AthletiCo, where Ryan V. assisted in creating marketing materials and managing social media strategy, as well as tutoring at Project CARE, helping a Spanish-speaking adult learner with literacy skills.
