Becca Townsend is a seasoned professional in human resources, currently serving as Global Senior Human Resources Manager at 8th Light since October 2017, with a progression of roles including Human Resources Manager, Human Resources & Office Manager (UK), and Human Resources Assistant (UK). Prior to that, Becca spent a decade at Grove Theatre, beginning as Customer Service Assistant and advancing to Sales and Marketing Manager. Becca also gained experience as Exams Coordinator at North Hertfordshire College from April 2010 to August 2013. Educational qualifications include CIPD Qualifications, a Diploma in Human Resource Management, an MA in Film & Television Aesthetics from the University of Hertfordshire, and a BA Hons in Philosophy from the same institution.
