Danielle Boreen is a culinary professional with extensive experience in the food service industry. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Coordinator at Fortune Fish and Gourmet since August 2017, Danielle has previously held positions as a Food Truck Cook at The Curious Goat and as a Line Cook at several establishments including Surly Brewing Co., Wise Acre Eatery, and Trattoria Tosca. Danielle obtained an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Minneapolis between 2009 and 2011, and has foundational education from the University of Minnesota and Totino Grace.
