Brendan O'Connell is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in accounting and corporate finance. Currently serving as an Accounting Consultant at 89bio since September 2023, Brendan has held significant leadership roles including VP Finance and Corporate Controller at Seer from September 2022 to August 2023, and VP of Finance and Corporate Controller at ReShape Lifesciences Inc. from August 2019 to June 2022. Prior to these positions, Brendan was VP of Finance and Corporate Controller at BIOLASE for over a decade, in addition to earlier roles as Associate at Resources Global Professionals and Controller at Leighton Group.
