Arion Baranowski has extensive work experience in internal communication and engagement roles. Arion is currently working at 888holdings as the Director of Internal Communication and Engagement since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Moneysupermarket Group as the Head of Internal Communication from January 2022 to March 2023. Arion also held roles at John Lewis Partnership, Waitrose & Partners, Legal & General, MGM Assurance, Opasco Ltd, Petersen Partnership, and Enigma Creative Consultants, where they gained experience in communications, marketing, design, and management.

Arion Baranowski obtained a BA Honours degree in Graphic Communication from the University of Wales, Cardiff in 1996.
