Gilad Marom is an experienced executive currently serving as CEO of Restore Medical Ltd. since August 2019 and as a member of 8400 - The Health Network since January 2020. Prior to these roles, Marom held various positions at Edwards Lifesciences from October 2006 to July 2019, including Sr. Director of R&D, where leadership of multiple programs from conception to early clinical trials was prominent. Marom also played significant roles as Sr. Manager and Project Manager, overseeing large R&D groups and managing international cardiovascular projects. Earlier career experience includes mechanical design positions at MAG EH LTD and OrthoMechanics, with a focus on automotive and orthopedic devices. Marom's education includes executive education at Harvard Business School in 2019 and 2021, and a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
