Alon Joffe is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in the health and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Member at 8400 The Health Network since January 2023, Alon co-founded Eleos Health in March 2020, where Alon leads efforts in pioneering CareOps Automation to streamline behavioral care workflows. Alon's previous roles include work on the Investment Team at New Era Capital Partners, focusing on early-stage and growth companies in Israel and Boston, and in Business Development at Peres & Associates Global Advisory. Prior to these roles, Alon was a combat officer in the Israeli Air Force Special Forces from December 2009 to January 2015. Academically, Alon attended Reichman University, completing the Zell Entrepreneurship Program in 2019 and earning a BBA & LLB in Business Administration and Law, with a major in Financing, in 2019.
