Shayla Mauer has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Shayla started their career in 2015 as an Account Executive at Trail Blazers Marketing, Inc. After a brief stint, they moved on to The White Dress Bridal Boutique, where they served as a Shift Supervisor & Senior Bridal Consultant from September 2015 to May 2019. Shayla then joined Farmers Insurance as a District Recruiter in May 2019 and worked until their most recent position at 8020 Consulting as a Talent Acquisition Lead, starting in June 2022.

Shayla Mauer earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Economics, Business, and Society from the University of Oregon between 2011 and 2015.
