Bryan Lamaestra is an accomplished food and beverage professional with extensive experience in management roles across various renowned establishments. Currently serving as the General Manager for 801 Restaurant Group since May 2023, Bryan's previous positions include General Manager/Owner of The Reckless Roadhouse and Operations Manager at Alpha Charlie's Tap & Tavern. Other notable roles include Director of Clubhouse Services at Denver Country Club, Assistant General Manager at The Palm Restaurant and Julian Serrano Tapas, and Banquet Captain at Ameristar Casino Resort Spa Black Hawk.
