Anna Marriott is an accomplished Learning and Development Manager with extensive experience in designing and facilitating training programs across various organizations. Currently at 7shifts, Anna leads the creation and implementation of organizational learning initiatives, managing the yearly L&D roadmap and overseeing onboarding processes. Previously, Anna served as the Learning Program Manager at Lightspeed HQ, where responsibilities included developing learning content, facilitating global workshops, and creating career development programs. Anna’s career began at lululemon, where roles ranged from Assistant Store Manager to Store Manager, focusing on talent development and operational management. Anna holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Arts in International Development Studies from McGill University, along with a DEC in Social Sciences from Heritage College.
