Allison McMillan is the Chief Financial Officer and VP Finance at 7shifts, a team management platform for restaurants. Prior to their current role, Allison worked as a Facilitator & Session leader at Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada and as a Controller at Phenomenome Discoveries Inc. Allison also gained experience as a Senior Accountant at Deloitte Canada while obtaining their Chartered Accountant degree from CPA Canada. Allison holds a Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Saskatchewan in 2008, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the same university in 2006.
