Julie Spierto has worked in the education field for over 25 years. Julie began their career in 1994 as a Math Teacher, Soccer Coach, and Department Chair for Broward County Public Schools. In 2009, they joined Forsyth County Schools (Georgia) as a GHP Coordinator and 10th Grade Advisement Leader | Math Teacher. During their time there, they conducted PSAT administration for 1500+ students and RTI process: 504/ SST/IST to identify National Merit Scholars and award merit scholarships. In 2014, they took on the role of Administrator, where they organized and directed Freshman Orientation for 840 first-year students while creating and implementing School Improvement Plans. In 2015, they joined 7 Mindsets as a Senior Education Services Manager, where they supervised and evaluated the impact/progress of all education programs. Leveraging optimum communications skills, they planned, managed, and offered coaching in 200+ live in-person and virtual sessions to enhance professional development of individuals associated with educational services. During their tenure, they developed beneficial relationships with districts, school leaders, and educators nationwide to improve school culture, engagement, and satisfaction. Julie also served as an Implementation Specialist, where they organized and led meetings and professional learning sessions to oversee the development of the curriculum process. Moreover, they crafted customized and effective execution plans and pacing guides in compliance with district and school goals and vision to assist clients. Finally, they served as a High School Curriculum Editor/Writer, where they contributed to developing the company vision and mission to streamline the smooth completion of objectives. Julie also adhered to the Director's instructions regarding curriculum progression for creating and updating over 100 lesson plans.
Julie Spierto obtained their Master of Education (M.Ed.) from Florida Atlantic University in 2008, specializing in Educational Leadership and Administration. Julie also holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Mathematics from Vanderbilt University, which they obtained in 1994.
